Please Note: The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is honoring the Association of Zoos and Aquariums' (AZA) reciprocal agreement with other AZA-accredited institutions. The only way to purchase the discounted reciprocal ticket is at the Zoo's ticket windows at the main entrance. No capacity restrictions are in effect for the AZA reciprocal agreement.

Each year, the funds raised will be put toward the Zoo's greatest need in helping to save wildlife and wild places. School Group Discounts

- These rates are for students, staff, chaperones and bus drivers and are only valid Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Bus drivers are free.
- Field trip reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance or these rates will not apply.
- All groups must enter the zoo before 3:30 p.m. on any weekday during Wildlights to qualify for the traditional school or community organization field trip rates.
- Traditional school rates are NOT valid June 6, 2022 through September 5, 2022.
- Minimum of 15 guests required.

Take COTA's Zoo Bus to enjoy discounted admission and a safe, convenient trip.

Enjoy a clean, safe ride and $3 admission to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium or $10 off admission to Zoombezi Bay when you ride the Zoo Bus. The number of days per week that the Zoo Bus operates depends upon the time of year:
- May 8, 2021 – May 31, 2021 (Memorial Day)
- Service: Saturdays and Sundays
- May 31, 2021 (Memorial Day) – Sept. 6, 2021 (Labor Day)
- Service seven days a week
- Sept. 6, 2021 – Oct. 31, 2021
- Service: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
COTA Zoo Bus 2021 schedule:
COTA's Zoo Bus leaves from the Statehouse at 8:30 AM, 10 AM, 2:45 PM, 4:30 PM, and 6 PM, making stops at High & Broad; W. Spring Street and N. Front Street; Griggs Dam Park & Ride (Riverside Dr. and Nottingham Rd.); and Dublin Park & Ride before it gets to the Zoo.
COTA's Zoo Bus leaves from the Zoo at 9:15 AM, 10:45 AM, 3:45 PM, 5:15 PM and 7:15 PM, making stops at Dublin Park & Ride; and Griggs Dam Park & Ride (Riverside Dr. and Nottingham Rd.); before it arrives at the Statehouse & High.

COTA Zoo Bus Rider Discount:
When COTA Zoo Bus customers make a reservation, they can receive a voucher for $3 Zoo admission, per person. To register, go to the "Make Your Reservation" button below and click on the orange "Tickets" tab. Under "Daily Tickets," click the button that says "Bus Registration." After your registration is confirmed, please be sure to follow the instructions on how to redeem the voucher at the Zoo's ticket window.
